I hold a USDA RD Housing Voucher that covers up to $883 per month in rent. I can also pay for some utilities and/or a small difference if needed. From experience, I’ve found USDA vouchers are often simpler to work with than HUD/Section 8, and payments are reliable and on time.

I have an excellent rental history and have always paid my rent on time. I’m disabled and receive a steady monthly income of about $1,000 in addition to the voucher, which reliably covers my basic needs and living expenses.

I’d ideally like 30 to 90 days to prepare to move. I recently moved to Minnesota temporarily to be near my mother, who underwent a heart procedure at Mayo Clinic. Thankfully, she’s doing well now and traveling between her homes in Minnesota and Arizona, allowing me to return to the desert area I love.
